We provide comprehensive company formation services in UAE and India, including mainland and free zone company registration, trade license procurement, and legal compliance.
Assistance with investor visas, employee visas, residency permits, and corporate banking account opening with UAE financial institutions.
Professional business consulting services including market analysis, business planning, and growth strategies for UAE and Indian markets.
Specialized consultation services combining business strategy with astrological and numerological insights for business alignment and success.
Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information required for business setup and service delivery.
Respond promptly to requests for documents, signatures, and information necessary for service completion.
Make timely payments as per agreed service fees and payment schedules.
Comply with all applicable UAE and international laws and regulations throughout our engagement.

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

We are not liable for failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters or government actions.
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Refunds processed based on work completed and expenses incurred.
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical business practices.
Both parties agree to first attempt direct negotiation to resolve any disputes amicably.
If direct negotiation fails, parties agree to engage in professional mediation services in Dubai.
All disputes shall be governed by UAE law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
